Yes. There are no long-term commitments — you can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately, and any change is prorated against your current billing cycle.
Premium Preview lets you run a single contract through our Premium AI for free, so you can see the difference in issue detection, clause suggestions, and legal reasoning before you upgrade.
Business plans include 5 seats. Each teammate you invite uses one seat. You can add more seats at any time for $12/month per additional seat. Enterprise includes unlimited seats.
You'll be notified as you approach your monthly document limit. On Pro you can buy additional 10-document packs, and Business runs on a fair-use unlimited policy. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
